It helped open my sinuses pretty well I think my snoring decreased, but I’m not very sure. The only reason I didn’t give it. Five stars is that it did not stick to my nose very well. I don’t know if it’s because I have a deviated septum and it works well with a straight nose if that makes sense but overall I as soon as I put it on, I felt my nose immediately opened more so I think it did its job.
