Ohio residents aged 16 or older can request free condoms to be mailed directly—and discreetly—to their home or preferred address. This service is part of the Free Condom Project, aimed at promoting safe and accessible sexual health.

Orders are limited to one per person every 30 days. If the request form is currently closed, please check back in a week when it reopens.

Free Condoms from OHIV.org (Ohio Only) is a public health initiative by the Ohio Department of Health or a related local health organization. It provides free condoms by mail to residents of Ohio to promote safer sex and help prevent the spread of HIV, STIs (sexually transmitted infections), and unplanned pregnancies.
