I was a skeptic about this. Never really tried medication in aiding my sleep, just some honey and get myself tired. To my surprise, it actually worked! I don't feel some worrying side effects or anything.

I already tried this product before. It's quite good. I have a night shift and it's hard to sleep early in the morning. I find that this works for me and for some it might not..
