Got mine yesterday used it on my knees where my osteoarthritis is the worst. Within seconds it staeted to work. I jad no pain all afternoon and the whole noght im honna get more of yhis.

This is not a lip balm, but it is really effective to relieve pain. I use this when I feel pain in my back and shoulders
